I'm gonna be very transparent on this. I've known B-Me for a few years. He's a big brother to me and has been one of the few people I could count on when I needed support the most. Now, I know you'd probably think I'd obviously give his record a raving review because of that. Let me tell you, if this was the first time I'd ever heard of him, listening to this EP, I would have gone out of my way to let him know I'm a fan.

A veteran of the game, B-Me transcends genres in this record. Banging beats, stellar production, lyrics for days and the guest artists brought their A-Game. The songs really showcase his versatility and depth as an artist. From Cool Sunday; a song tailor-made for the low-key chill sessions with the crew, to Bank; a tune that will make you dance AND think at the same time, to the piece d'resistance No More; the anti-love song that has captured the hearts of his female fans, the EP is a real work of art, a masterpiece of music.

However, a record is never the achievement of a single person. It's the collaborative efforts of a group of like-minded individuals and it shows in the tracks. Produced by Killah Bass aka Chuboy, this wunderkid seems to have an instinctual ear for tracks that not only can demolish charts, but also be original and unique. He is definitely one to watch. The guest artists; Bessco Marley on Cool Sunday, Skillz on Contagious, Kadrick on Ge U Love and Abizzy on Range Rover bring their own style and swag to their respective tracks and simply kill it.

Emoji EP is without a doubt, one of the most innovative records made by a Salone artist in recent times. The question is will B-Me and No Dulling Entertainment continue to ride the wave of momentum? Based on the title of his next project, I'm thinking a resounding yes.
